ProTec International

Battery Doctors is a Division of ProTec International, a speciality Chemical Research and Development Manufacturing Company located just outside Sacramento, California.

Founded in 1988, ProTec International has been successfully developing environmentally safe products for the petroleum industry, power plants and telecommunication companies in the United States and overseas.

Some years ago ProTec International began researching ways to recondition batteries without having to take them apart. After extensive laboratory testing and analysis, ProTec International developed a non-hazardous chemical and a specifically designed charger, that when used together, turn otherwise lifeless batteries into fully functional batteries that can last for many years.

ProTec International went on to develop the Battery Doctors Automotive System for 12V lead acid starter batteries, and within a relatively short period of time, had established over 1400 operators in more than 40 countries.

The Battery Doctors Automotive System is successful in every part of the world because batteries are a necessity versus a desired item. No matter where, people and businesses depend on the battery as it is the heart of the car, vehicle or machine they are operating.

In 2003, ProTec International appointed Battery Doctors Ltd as their European Master Distributor
